because we do
a
Split Package.
1. $100 Non-Refundable Deposit to accompany signed contract in order to reserve vehicle.
2. Checks accepted up to 1 month before prom. Full payment
less driver’s $ due 4 weeks before prom.
3. Driver Min. $80 gratuity 6 hrs. Min. $90 7 hrs. Min.$100 8
hrs. given on arrival & is included in total.
4. Overtime – if any - due in cash or pre-approved credit card on night of prom.
5. No Smoking. No Beverages to be transported/consumed in vehicles. Unopened water/soda can be in trunk.
6. CARRY ON BAGS GO IN TRUNK. No liquid refreshments or gum
allowed in vehicles.
7. All Destinations/Stops must be received
no later than Monday prior to Prom
Night.

All Prom rates are + gas. Gas calculated after we receive all
pickup/prom/after prom & final drop locations.
9.
We try to be on time - depending on weather & traffic. After
vehicle accepted/used for any portion of
prom night – There is no
cash refund. Refunds, if and when justified, are given only in form of service credits.

Thank You to Parents: Once prom paid in full (except for gas/driver),
all student's & parents receive Special rate -only $25/hr.

Mothers/Father's Day
or for a Parent’s
Night Out during May, June, July - Sun-Thurs. until
Saratoga Flat Track starts 3rd week in
July. Winter Prom special - usually students use
special rate during winter break!
A Touch of Class Limos is
not liable for delays/service interruptions/damages caused by acts of
God/authorities of law/ inclement weather/hazardous road
conditions/accidents/breakdowns or any other condition beyond its control.
