A contract will be attached to our e-mail quote
so that you can fax/email us back your reservation.

Payment arrangements must be made in advance of service date.    Checks accepted only when received in office 4 weeks prior to service. Note date reserved on all checks.
Money orders, cash are accepted at any time and
MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted if prearranged.  
 Refunds, if and when justified, are given only in form of service credits.
 

Vehicles are parked just in from Central Avenue on North Main.
Garage address: 181 N. Main Ave., Albany - Across from St. Ann's
N. Main Ave. is located one block west of - or up from Stewarts.
If coming up Central towards Colonie- left on to N. Main...
If coming down Central towards downtown Albany...
go 2-3 blocks past Danker Florist (corner of Allen St).. 
Right on N. Main (by the real estate sign) 
our garage is in back of 181 N. Main.  Limos parked in front.

WHERE CHARGES START AND STOP.
Charges are from 1st pick up location to last drop off location.
Those locations can be as much as 30 minutes away from our office.

For certain vehicles, locations requiring more than 30 minutes travel to 1st pick up location
and 30 minutes travel from final drop off location, a nominal transportation fee will be added.
A 3-7% gas surcharge may be applied in the future - surcharge depends on
type of vehicle, distance and cost of gas week of your event.
