Once vehicle is accepted, no refund.   $75 process fee on all cancellations.
No Refund if verbal/written night out reservation cancelled less than 4 weeks of date reserved.  Office determines if monies paid can be used for future use.
 
Cancellation Notice  
Proms require 6 weeks  & Weddings require 8 weeks 
Airport/Corporate Customers responsible for all charges unless minimum 48 Hrs.  cancel notice received in writing. 
Saratoga Season 72 Hrs. Cancel Notice required.

   A Touch of Class Limos is not liable for delays/service interruptions or damages caused by acts of God,  authorities of law, 
   inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents or breakdowns or any other condition beyond its control.   
   When high temp and high humidity occurs   - AC doesn't always work well in limos.   Many times lack of AC
   is a fuse or a refrigerant refill is needed.    When AC doesn't work  it is a condition beyond our control.
   Slightly open back  windows just a crack - to feel breeze and driver will open both front windows as wide as possible. 
   Stay calm and you'll be more comfortable.
