 Once a vehicle is accepted - there is no refund!
Vehicles are machines and machines don't always work properly.
We do all possible to obtain replacement vehicles.   Again, once vehicle is accepted - no refund.
 Refunds, if and when justified, are given only in form of service credits.

$75 processing fee on nights out - $150 processing fee for weddings
$175 processing fee for proms.  All deposits are non-refundable.
Eight weeks notice required for cancelling weddings & proms.

 Corporate cancellations require at least 48 hours notice.
3 days  notice required during Saratoga Track Season.

 Rates depend on season,  town,
number of hours, and day of week.

Complete Quote Form for corporate,  airport and Amtrak transfers,  weddings,  casinos,
concerts,  Saratoga Flat Track, special events,  dinner and nights-on-the-town, etc.

After you complete a Quote Form, we will e-mail you back a quote.
A contract will be attached to our e-mail quote
so that you can fax/email us back your reservation.
If you are faxing - call before you fax.
 All e-mails and Quote Form will be attached to our contract - so driver has all info.
 Kindly email us to confirm we received your contract.

Payment arrangements must be made in advance of service date.   
Checks accepted only when received in office 4 weeks prior to service. 
Note date reserved on all checks.    Money orders, cash are accepted at any time and
